$400.00Price
This old, rusted locomotive was discovered close to Buffalo, Wyoming, on a location to the west side of the freeway between Buffalo and Casper, Wyoming. It was an abandoned steam engine railway, resting on approximately 80 feet of track, Dr. Fairbanks was able to locate it on two separate trips and photographed it.
He also photographed his eldest son as a child sitting on the front of the old locomotive. The “Bones of the Iron Horse,” as he called it, is no longer there, and it has apparently been relocated into a public park in Buffalo, Wyoming.

- Copies of the original artworks are available for purchase as Giclees – a color copy on canvas. Although a Giclee lacks the surface texture of the original oil painting, when framed, and on the wall, it will appear to be identical. High-quality reproductions of museum-quality will last almost indefinitely without significant fading.
- Original oil paintings may be obtained by commission from the artist; however, due to time and effort required, they come at a significantly higher cost than the Giclee.
