Boy with Toy Soldiers - 1910
$0.00Price
This delightful statuette of a male child holding a toy soldier and surrounded by multiple toy soldiers on the floor in front of him is another early work of Avard T. Fairbanks, displaying his skills creating a child. It may be viewed as a companion piece to the Girl Seated Reading a Book; it is a similar size. This early work was created by the sculptor in 1910. Both the figure of the boy wearing shorts as well as the tiny figures of the soldiers are intricately created.
Castings can be made available for purchase in bronze or resin for interested parties.
