This sculpture was created in 1996 by Grant R. Fairbanks, M.D. Professor of Surgery, University of Michigan, Section of Plastic Surgery of Dr. Grabb whose death prompted the creation of a biannual lectureship in his honor.
To serve as the basis for the medal created and provided to the guest lecturer for the William C. Grabb Memorial Lectureship, the Michigan Society of Plastic Surgery (Reed O. Dingman Society).
This plaque measuring 8.25 inches in diameter can be made available in resin or bronze to interested parties.
